This equipment is produced by a molding process. This process make supplying , dischafging and loading friction material produced automatically.
This equipment consists of 8 forming press as one cell, each of 8 press make possible to porduce a different model and during the replacement of 1 press, 7 press can continue their producing.
It is compatible with our semi-automatic molds.

- Process : Supplying raw material → Automatic weighing raw → Moving Robot (cleaning, spraying release agent) → Supplying Mixture → Leveling → Supplying under layer → Leveling → Supplying Back Plate → Forming → Discharging product by the Robot

- Process : Forming → 1st Grinding (Flat) → Heating → Scorching → Trimmings → 2nd Grinding (Flat, Grooving, Chamfering) → Painting Booth → Discharging Product
